Hi TXZhao, I would like to suggest you test the issue in Clean Boot. If the issue reoccurs in Clean Boot, you may run System Update Readiness Tool and System File Checker Tool to scan the system files. If the issue persists, you may need to perform an In-Place upgrade to repair the system files. Good luck!Arthur Li - MSFT

Hi, could you please copy the file "C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log" to your document folder (otherwise you can't open it) and open it with notepad/wordpad. Now search for "Error" and post all Errors you find. André"A programmer is just a tool which converts caffeine into code" CLIP- Stellvertreter http://www.winvistaside.de/

Hey guys,I maybe found reason. After install the system, I changed the virtual memory to another HDD, after this, the problem occur. But, if I change the VM back to c drive, the problem still. So I re-install the system, then didn't do any system config, this time everything is fine.I am just wondering why change VM location will couse this kind of issue?

You left out the most important part of the puzzle for everyone, you never mentioned VM before. Did you perform the move through the VM interface? See if any of these search results will tell you why it happened http://www.google.com/search?q=vm+ware%2C+changing+location+from+c+drive+to+another+drive&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7MCSE, MCSA, MCDST [If this post helps to resolve your issue, please click the "Mark as Answer" or "Helpful" button at the top of this message.
